General Instructions (Applicable to All Categories):

Please proceed to the nomination form on the next page only after accepting the following terms and conditions.

Submit a self-declared nomination letter on your company/firm’s letterhead, including the following details:

• Award Category
• Product Name
• Brief Product Description
• Manufacturing License (for product)
• Method of Manufacture/Assembly (for equipment) or Preparation (for food/beverage products) – you may withhold proprietary details but provide sufficient information for evaluation
• Third-party Test Certificates (not issued internally)
• Equipment specifications – features, applications, capacity, dimensions, and weight
• Material details, manufacturing process, and end-user benefits
• Specific features on power/water saving, operational ease, etc.
• Declaration of compliance with Make in India (if applicable)
• Technical Literature – brochures, datasheets, catalogues, etc.
• Copy of Manufacturing License and any third-party certification
• Relevant videos (excluding promotional content)

Nomination Fee:

₹10,000 + 18% GST per product/entry/category.

For additional nominations (different categories or products): ₹10,000 + 18% GST per additional entry.

Key Dates:

• Last Date for Nomination Submission (with fee): 15 June 2025
• First Round Results Announcement: 2 July 2025
• Final Awards Ceremony: 3 July 2025, Coimbatore

Communication Protocol:

• All valid entries (with fee paid) will receive an acknowledgment and unique nomination number, to be quoted in all further communications.
• Top 3 entries per category will be shortlisted and informed. Final evaluation will be conducted by an expert jury panel on 2 July 2025 at CODISSIA Trade Fair Complex, Coimbatore.
• Winners will be announced at the Gala Awards Night on 3 July 2025.

General Rules:

• Each nomination implies acceptance of the rules and full cooperation with the award process.
• This is an industry recognition initiative to highlight innovations and comparative advantages — not a scientific evaluation.
• Results are final and not subject to review or dispute.
• Participants must avoid conflicts of interest and any attempts to influence outcomes. Violations will result in disqualification.
• Organizers are not liable for any loss/damage to submitted products or equipment.
• By participating, nominees accept full responsibility and provide informed consent.

Gala Awards Night:

• Date: 3 July 2025 | Venue: To be announced (premium venue in Coimbatore)
• One complimentary pass per shortlisted entry.
• Additional passes available at ₹6,000 per person.
• Event includes awards presentation, cocktails, dinner, and media coverage.
• Awards include Winner and Runner-Up in each category, with a plaque/memento and certificate.
• The organizers’ decision is final and binding.
• Rules are subject to change at the organizers’ discretion. Participation implies acceptance.
